CAULFIELD John Richard
Passed away in the Jamestown Hospital surrounded by his family, on 2nd November, 2025.
Aged 77 years.
Dearly loved and loving husband of Lyn.
Will be lovingly remembered by his children and grandchildren.
We watched you fade away, our hearts breaking as we let you go. You didn’t want to leave us, and though you’re gone, you did not go alone, for part of us went with you.
Our dearest husband, Dad and Poppy.
With thanks to all the staff and doctors at the Jamestown hospital for their care and support.
FUNERAL NOTICE
The FAMILY and FRIENDS of the Late Mr John Caulfield are invited to attend a Funeral Mass to be held in his honour at St James Catholic Church, Jamestown, on MONDAY 10th November commencing at 1.30 pm, followed by a committal in the Jamestown cemetery.
A donation to the Jamestown Hospital Auxiliary in memory of John would be welcome; envelopes are available at the church.
